What do you do?

Every river hits a few rocks along the way. I work with individuals, couples, and families to help navigate those moments with curiosity, clarity, and compassion. Whether you’re facing anxiety, relationship struggles, or big life transitions, I’m here to support your path toward growth and healing.

  • Support for anxiety, depression, stress, and personal growth. Together we’ll explore what’s holding you back and how you want to move forward.

  • Helping couples improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen connection. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy and other attachment-based approaches to guide our work.

  • Navigating adolescence or early adulthood isn’t easy. I work with teens (13+) and young adults to help them manage emotions, build self-understanding, and develop confidence.

  • Paul also offers assessments for eating disorders, with a focus on determining appropriate treatment plans.

Specialties

I specialize in working with clients navigating addiction, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. These are often areas where people feel most alone—but therapy offers a space to explore, heal, and reconnect—with yourself and with others.

Addiction

Support through recovery and relapse prevention using compassionate, evidence-based strategies.

Depression

Creating space to explore the heaviness, understand its roots, and rediscover hope.

Anxiety

Helping you build tools to manage overwhelm and return to calm, one moment at a time.

Relationship Therapy

Working with couples and families to rebuild trust, improve communication, and strengthen connection.

The river doesn’t avoid the rocks—it flows over them, around them, through them. Let’s find your way forward, together.
