Teens 13+
I work with teens (13+) and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity development, family stress, and more. Whether it’s building emotional awareness or improving communication, I aim to help teens and young adults feel seen, understood, and empowered.
I also provide assessments for eating disorders and guidance toward appropriate treatment planning. I work with individuals of all ages, but am particularly passionate about supporting teens who may be struggling with these concerns.
