Your first session is all about getting to know each other. Paul will ask about your goals, any challenges you're facing, and a little bit about your background. There's no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with—this time is yours, and the pace is always up to you.

Most clients meet weekly or biweekly, depending on their needs and preferences. Paul will work with you to create a schedule that feels supportive and sustainable for your goals.

Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, just give the office admin, Alex, a quick call or text @ 435-754-9399. Please try to let us know at least 24 hours in advance when possible to avoid late cxl/missed appointment fees.

Yes—everything you share in therapy is confidential, with a few legal exceptions (like if there’s a risk of harm to yourself or others). Paul will go over these exceptions with you during your first session so everything is clear and transparent.

Absolutely. Paul offers both in-person and virtual sessions, depending on your comfort level and availability. You can discuss what works best for you during scheduling—and switch it up anytime!

Paul offers affordable self-pay rates and can provide a superbill after payment, which you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Initial Intake Session – $130.00
60-Minute Session – $110.00

Yep, you totally can! A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes everything your insurance needs to consider reimbursing you for out-of-pocket sessions. It includes session info, diagnosis codes, and proof of payment.
Just a heads-up: superbills are only available after payment has been made and the session note has been completed by Paul. If you’d like one, just reach out to Alex!

Yes! Please make sure to complete your intake paperwork through the client portal before your first session. This helps Paul get to know you and come prepared to support you.

Call or text Alex (our office admin) and she’ll update it for you
Sending a quick message to Alex never hurts—she’s here to make sure everything’s squared away!

Missed or late-cancelled appointments are subject to a $50 fee.
