Hey there—glad to have you back! You can log in to your client portal to check your bill, request appointments, fill out paperwork, or send me a secure message anytime.
Having trouble with the portal?
Here is a gentle guide to help:
Signing up:
Once we've connected, my office admin, Alex, will send you a welcome email from our client portal and lets you know that a few forms need to be filled out before we schedule your first appointment.
Click the link in that email, and you’ll be taken to the portal sign-up page. From there, just follow these simple steps:
Confirm your date of birth (or your child’s, if the client is a minor)
Create a password for your portal account
Accept the terms of service
After that, you're all set to access your paperwork and explore the portal!
Completing Paperwork:
Once you're logged in, head to the “Documents” tab to find any paperwork you need to complete.
All forms can be filled out and submitted electronically—easy peasy! Once submitted, the documents are automatically added to your profile and both Alex and I will be notified.
Two forms will always be available in your portal:
Client Insurance Form
Payment Agreement Form
You can use these at any time to update your insurance or payment info. Submitting either will automatically notify Alex, so we can make sure everything’s up-to-date on our end!
Secure Messaging:
To send a message through the portal, just head to the “Messaging” tab!
There are three message types to choose from:
Administrative – Sent to both me (your therapist) and Alex, my office admin
Billing – Goes directly to Alex for help with payments or insurance
Clinical – Comes only to me! This is best for non-urgent matters related to our work together. These messages are private and can only be seen by me, your clinician.
Secure messaging is a great way to stay in touch between sessions for simple updates or questions!
Requesting Appointments
You can request new appointments directly through the portal—so easy!
Just go to the “Appointments” tab to view your upcoming sessions. From there, you’ll see an option to request a new appointment that works for you.
Heads up: To cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, please send a secure message or give us a call so we can help you directly.
